The new challenge is called Le Fior a few kilometers from Zurich. But the story of Arber Metushi and his wife Elona starts many years ago, when as children they played together in the streets of the neighborhood. He is a very appreciated chef, and she is a top-class sommelier, they share not only everyday life with their child, but also a passion for cooking, for pizza and for the author's wine.
They worked together in Sweden - they say - but the lack and distance from the family made themselves felt and they decided to get closer to Italy, so they moved to Switzerland. They started over. Work, language, home, everything has changed. After four years in Switzerland, with many sacrifices and a few days of vacation, they managed to put aside some savings to start again and try to make their dreams come true.
Thus was born Le Fior, a restaurant where customers can find not only pizza but also traditional Italian dishes, cold cuts and cheeses and, every week, different menus will be presented in order to guarantee the freshness of the raw material that will be selected by the chef, a wide choice to cover everyone's needs, including special meat and fish dishes but also dishes for vegans and vegetarians. «Our menu will be designed to enhance the flavors and aromas of the territory - add Elona and Arber - because we want to provide healthy and quality food.
